to the last draw

How we work.

Clear paperwork, so you know
what you’re paying for.

01Site visit & written estimate

We come out, look at the job and talk it through with you. Clear inclusions and exclusions: what’s in the job, and what isn’t. The estimate comes to your inbox and you e-sign it there.

02Deposit by e-Transfer

You pay the deposit by e-Transfer.

03Permits & getting to work

If the job needs permits, we pull them on your behalf. You sign any prints (the drawings).

04Weekly Friday draws

After the deposit, payment is a draw each Friday, and every one is documented.

Builders Pride Home Improvements is a family-run company owned by Rick Slade. We do all the work ourselves and don’t farm jobs out, so the people who give you the estimate are the people who do the job.

We come ready.

The workshop comes to the job. Our enclosed trailer is fitted out as a mobile workshop, so the tools come with us.
